What areas do you cover?⌄

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?⌄
Yes — eco‑friendly products and microfibre cloths are included as standard. We can use your vacuum/mop if preferred, or bring ours on request.
Are you insured and vetted?⌄
Yes, we’re fully insured. Our cleaners are vetted and trained to handle different surfaces with care.
Are your products safe for children and pets?⌄
Yes. We select low‑odour, pet‑friendly options by default and can adjust for sensitivities — just mention it in your booking notes.
How long will my clean take?⌄
It depends on home size, condition, and service type. Share the details in the booking form and we’ll provide a clear estimate before confirming.
What’s included in a Deep Clean?⌄
Everything in a Standard Clean plus skirting boards, switches, limescale removal, inside microwave and oven door, and other high‑touch points.
Do you do end‑of‑tenancy or moving cleans?⌄
Yes — we follow a checklist suitable for inventory inspections. Add any agency requirements in the notes when you book.
How do I reschedule or cancel?⌄
Just reply to your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll rearrange it for you.
How do I pay?⌄
Bank transfer and card are accepted. Receipts are available on request.
Do I need to be home?⌄
No — as long as we have safe access instructions. We’ll lock up when we’re done.
